Email & Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: 6 June 2026
This policy describes how Neskora sends email. It reflects our core commitment: we only ever send email to people who explicitly asked to receive it, and we make leaving effortless. We comply with the UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the EU GDPR, and the US CAN-SPAM Act.
1. Permission only
We send email only to people who signed up on neskora.com and confirmed their subscription through double opt-in. If you didn't confirm, we don't email you. There are no exceptions.
2. Double opt-in
After you sign up, we send a single verification email containing a confirmation link. Your subscription is not active and you will not receive any digest emails until you click that link. This protects people whose addresses might be entered by mistake or by someone else.
3. We never buy, rent, or scrape lists
Our entire mailing list is built from confirmed, first-party sign-ups. We never purchase, rent, exchange, or scrape email addresses, and we never email a purchased list.
4. What we send
- Transactional emails — triggered by you, such as email verification, preference confirmations, and important account notices.
- Opt-in digest emails — content covering only the topics you explicitly subscribed to, at the frequency you selected.
We never send content outside the topics you chose, and we never share your address so others can email you.
5. Clear identification and footer
Every email we send clearly identifies Neskora as the sender, states why you are receiving it, and includes our physical postal address: Lindenmuth House, 37 Greenham Business Park, Thatcham, Berkshire, United Kingdom, RG19 6HW. Subject lines accurately reflect the content — we never use deceptive headers or subjects.
6. Unsubscribe and frequency control
- Every email includes a clear, working one-click unsubscribe link.
- You can also adjust your topics and frequency from your preference center.
- We honor every opt-out request within 24 hours and add the address to our suppression list so it is never contacted again.
7. Bounce and complaint handling
We use Amazon SES with Amazon SNS notifications to monitor bounces and complaints in real time. We maintain a suppression list and automatically stop sending to any address that hard bounces or registers a spam complaint. This keeps our list clean and protects recipients.
8. Authentication
Our sending domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and we use a custom MAIL FROM subdomain. This lets receiving servers verify that our email genuinely comes from Neskora.
9. Sending frequency
You control how often you hear from us — for example weekly, daily, or essentials-only. We never exceed the frequency you set, and transactional emails are sent only when you trigger them.
10. Reporting abuse
If you received an email from Neskora that you believe you did not sign up for, please tell us at support@neskora.com. We will investigate promptly, remove the address, and take corrective action.
Our promise: permission first, easy to leave, honest about who we are. If we ever fall short, contact us and we'll fix it fast.
