These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Neskora website and email subscription service (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Neskora is a personalized content and notification platform. After you sign up and confirm your email through double opt-in, you can select topics and receive transactional emails and opt-in digest emails covering only the topics you chose. The Service is currently provided free of charge.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. By subscribing, you confirm that the email address you provide is your own or that you are authorized to use it.

3. Your account and subscription

• Your subscription only becomes active after you confirm your email via the double opt-in link we send you.
